Corps Celebration Week

Join us, Sept. 21-25, 2020

The Corps of Cadets will host a virtual Corps Celebration Week Sept. 21-25, 2020. While we can never replace the special memories created during our traditional Corps or Highty-Tighty reunions, we invite all alumni to join us in this new opportunity to connect with your buds and take a look at today's Corps.

We are planning five fun evenings of virtual entertainment and education. Each session will last no longer than 90 minutes and use Zoom.

Monday, Sept. 21, 7 p.m. ET

This Is Your Corps of Cadets

Today's cadets will take you on virtual tour of the Upper Quad and our residence halls. Then join Rock Roszak '71 for a historical tour of the Corps with "Corps Background: Renewal and Growth."

Tuesday, Sept. 22, 7 p.m. ET

Come. Sit. Stay.

Growley and his team of cadets will show you what Upper Quad life is like for our canine ambassador. Then, show off your pet's talents with our Virtual Pet Trick Show.

Wednesday, Sept. 23, 7 p.m. ET

We Lead

Celebrate our 2020 Distinguished Alumni of the Corps: Robert A. Archer '69 and Donald D. Sowder '59. Then meet some of our cadet leaders and hear their stories.

Thursday, Sept. 24, 7 p.m. ET

A Night at the Corps Museum

Museum Curator Samantha Riggin and Regimental Historian C/Nicholas Brown '21 showcase a collection of items from the Corps Museum and discuss the importance of protecting and preserving our artifacts. Then, take a tour of our current and future museum spaces.

Friday, Sept. 25 , 7 p.m. ET

Friday Fun Night

Test your Guidon knowledge and compete with and against fellow alumni with Corps Trivia. Then enjoy a virtual performance of Tech Triumph and National Emblem by the Highty-Tighties and the Highty-Tighty Alumni. Afterward, all alumni are invited to join the Highty-Tighty alumni for their virtual Gunnyfest social.
