Brand Hierarchy

The Virginia Tech brand is the master brand of the Corps of Cadets. The Corps of Cadets must always be identified as part of Virginia Tech.

On Corps of Cadets materials, the Corps logo will be the lead entity, appearing larger and more prominent, and Virginia Tech logo will appear smaller. The use of both logos fosters a collective strength and distinction because of the nature of the relationship. The Corps of Cadets would not exist without Virginia Tech, but Virginia Tech would not be the university it is today without the Corps of Cadets. There is mutual benefit and strength in close association for both entities.

One of only two senior military colleges in the country that are part of a large, public university, the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets exemplifies the university value proposition:
